The thirteen year old Daddy...

As if you couldn't of heard of the recent news in the paper of the thirteen year old boy that may have fathered a baby with a fifteen year old girl! How bad is that?
Apparently according to the Sun the child was conceived on a night of unprotected sex when he was just twelve!
Both Alfie and his girlfriend Chantelle decided to keep baby Masiey not even know how they were to fund her. Alfie famously said he didn't even get pocket money off his father!
The worst part of this situation is that the child will be brought up on benefits, so that means the tax payer is expected to subsidise a child's ignorance to safe precautions.
Do you think it is bad that Alfie, at twelve actually had sex let alone unprotected sex or is it just a very, very big publicised mistake of a child?
